Becoming a member at First Assembly is a simple two step process:

Step 1- Attend a membership class.
In this class one of our staff members will discuss the purposes, values, and structure of the church amongst other things. They will help you understand the responsibilities of the church to you as a member, to the community, and our collective role in the mission of the church on a global level. During this class they will also help you understand what being a member of First Assembly means and the expectations that go along with it. The membership class lasts for approximately 90 minutes. During the class you will have the opportunity to ask questions and complete step 2.

Step 2- Fill out a Membership Application form.
Every person pursuing membership fills out the Membership Application form which is then reviewed and approved by the board. After your application has been approved you will receive a letter and/or an email letting you know that you have been approved and the specific Sunday that new members will be presented in service.
